CasaChecked provides live viewing assistance in Rome for people who cannot easily attend a property viewing themselves. The idea is straightforward: give the person considering a home an independent, factual account of what was observed during a visit.
Our role is the live viewing and, for the €79 package, its written summary. We do not search for properties, introduce you to landlords, negotiate a tenancy, handle payments or decide whether the property is right for you.

Frequently asked questions.
Can CasaChecked find accommodation for me?
No. You choose the listing and arrange the viewing. CasaChecked visits the specific Rome property and shows it to you on a live video call.
Can you prove a listing is genuine?
A live viewing cannot prove ownership, booking rights, legal compliance or that a listing is free from fraud. We describe what we can observe and mark anything we cannot verify.
Can I join live from abroad?
Yes. Both packages are live video calls, subject to access, permission and a usable mobile connection. The call takes place at the time arranged between the customer and the host, landlord or agency, within our 10:00–19:00 Rome viewing hours.
What is the written viewing summary?
With the €79 package, we email a short written account of what we saw, what we could show you in response to your questions, and anything we could not check. It is not a video recording, structural survey or legal check.
When do I pay?
Online payment is not active yet. Sending booking details does not charge you or confirm a viewing. The total price and terms will be shown before payment is enabled.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
See our cancellation and rescheduling page. Give at least two hours’ notice to avoid a 20% charge on a paid booking.
